Mr. Pranshutosh Kumar, from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, is a dedicated and discipline Advocate at the Chambers, he holds a degree of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) with a specialization in Constitutional Law. His professional interests primarily encompass White Collar Crimes, Arbitration, Constitutional Law, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law (IBC), commercial disputes and other Civil and Criminal Litigation. He is particularly proficient in legal research and case analysis, with an emphasis on identifying relevant judicial precedents, interpreting statutory provisions, and examining procedural and factual issues to assist in formulating effective strategies, also his approach combines analytical rigour, attention to detail, and clarity in legal drafting, enabling him to contribute effectively to complex and multifaceted matters.
Pranshutosh’s experience includes assisting his senior(s) in matters listed before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums. He has been actively involved in the preparation and drafting of the pleadings filed before different Judicial & Quasi-judicial forums.
